Coach Conor O’Shea has made two personnel changes to Italy’s lineup for Saturday’s Test against the Springboks in Padua.
In the backline there is one change, with Angelo Esposito replacing Leonardo Sarto on the right wing. Sarto has been dropped from the match 23.
The only other change sees Giovanni Licata start at blindside flank, with Francesco Minto demoted to the bench.
Italy recorded a historic win over the Springboks in Florence last year, when they defeated Allister Coetzee’s men 20-18 for their first-ever victory against South Africa.
