Ireland have made four changes for Saturday’s Six Nations match against Italy in Dublin.
Jack Conan comes in at No 8 for CJ Stander, who produced an excellent performance in the 15-13 win against France in Paris last weekend, while Dan Leavy replaces Josh van der Flier at openside flank. Stander has been named on the bench, with Van der Flier falling out of the match 23.
The other two changes see Devin Toner return to the second row and Jack McGrath to the front row.
