The Vodacom Bulls are still uncertain when captain Burger Odendaal will return to fitness to lead the team.
The Bulls have lost their opening four games of the 2020 Vodacom Super Rugby campaign, a set of results condemning them to last place in the South Africa conference standings as well as the overall log.

Now it appears, the Pretoria-based side will also have to try to turn their season around without their skipper, who sustained an ankle injury against the Blues at Loftus 10 days ago.
Odendaal subsequently missed his team’s match against the Jaguares and team doctor Herman Rossouw confirmed on Monday that the 26-year-old could possibly be sidelined for another week.
The Bulls host the Highlanders at Loftus this coming Saturday and a call on Odendaal’s availability will be made later in the week.
