The Blue Bulls have welcomed back three players from injury ahead of their Currie Cup match against the Sharks in Pretoria on Saturday.

Fullback Jesse Kriel has recovered well from his recent ankle problems, while front rankers Morné Mellett (knee) and Callie Visagie (groin) have also been cleared for the crunch clash against the fourth-placed Sharks.

Grant Hattingh (hip), Dean Greyling (elbow) and Lohan Jacobs (hamstring) are all carrying knocks from the win over the EP Kings, but team doctor Org Strauss confirmed they are expected to return to training on Tuesday.

The Bulls will enter Saturday's match following back-to-back victories, while their opponents are without a win in their last three matches.
