Wallabies flanker Michael Hooper will miss Saturday's encounter with Wales after admitting to an act of foul play committed against England this past weekend.
Hooper was cited after dangerously charging into a ruck, and was suspended for one week after appearing at a hearing on Tuesday.
The disciplinary hearing only related to a consideration of sanction as a result of the admission of guilt from Hooper.
With respect to the sanction, judicial officer Alan Hudson determined that the offence was low-end, which has an entry point of two weeks.
However, taking into account mitigating factors including his early admission and good behavioural conduct, Hooper copped just a one-week ban.
