Healy starts for Ireland

Cian Healy will start at loosehead as one of two changes to Ireland’s starting XV for Saturday’s Six Nations clash Italy in Rome.

The prop’s elevation to the run-on team is at the expense of Jack McGrath, who drops to the bench.

In the only other change, lock Donnacha Ryan slots straight back into the team ahead of Iain Henderson, who misses out on selection this week.
