Bryan Habana scored a try as Toulon were beaten 25-21 by the Leicester Tigers in their European Champions Cup match at Welford Road on Sunday.
The European champions outscored their opponents two tries to one, with Drew Mitchell also crossing the line and Brad Thorn getting over for the hosts. But six penalties from Tigers No 10 Owen Williams consigned Toulon to their first defeat in the tournament this season.
In other results on Sunday, Toulouse leapfrogged Glasgow at the top of Pool 4 thanks to a 19-11 victory at Stade Ernest Wallon, Harlequins scored two unanswered tries to beat Leinster 24-18 at The Stoop and Wasps scored two tries in the final 10 minutes to secure a 32-17 bonus-point win over Castres at Stade Pierre Antoine.
