Grey College and Paul Roos are two of the 15 schools that will take part in the School Sevens that will take place in Greenside on Friday and Saturday.

The 15 high-school teams won their respective provincial qualifying competitions or were the highest-ranking qualifying team, which took place from 31 August to 15 September

Approximately 260 schools took part in the weekly series and the schools represent all 15 of the SA Rugby unions.

The tournament will take on a group format with the 15 high-school teams being split into four groups, with four teams in the first three groups and three teams in the fourth group. The top two teams per group qualify for the championship quarter-finals.

Participating teams:

Group A: Paul Roos Gymnasium, Middelburg High Technical School, Daniel Pienaar High School, Pietersburg High School
Group B: Grey College, Drostdy High Technical School, Northern Cape High School, Grens High School
Group C: Glenwood High School, Lichtenburg High School, Henties Cilliers High School, Birchleigh High School
Group D: Oakdale High School, Oos Moot High School, Randburg High School

09:48 – Paul Roos vs Middelburg
10:06 – Daniel Pienaar vs Pietersburg
10:24 – Grey College vs Drostdy
10:42 – Northern Cape vs Grens
11:00 – Glenwood vs Lichtenburg
11:18 – Henties Cilliers vs Birchleigh
11:36 – Oakdale vs Oos Moot
11:54 – Paul Roos vs Daniel Pienaar
12:12 – Middelburg vs Pietersburg
12:30 – Grey College vs Northern Cape
12:48 – Drostdy vs Grens
13:06 – Glenwood vs Henties Cilliers
13:24 – Lichtenburg vs Birchleigh
13:42 – Oakdale vs Randburg
14:00 – Paul Roos vs Pietersburg
14:18 – Middelburg vs Daniel Pienaar
14:36 – Grey College vs Grens
