In the only other change to the backline, Matias Orlando has replaced fullback Joaquín Tuculet, but will play in midfield. Matias Moroni, who was at 13 against the Chiefs, moves to the right wing with Emiliano Boffelli at fullback as a result.
There are two changes to the pack as Marcos Kremer shifts to the second row and Pablo Matera starts at blindside flank.
Hooker Agustin Creevy will make his return from injury from the bench.
