Referee Angus Gardner’s next appointment will be in the Test between Kenya and Germany on 23 November.
Gardner was involved in the Test between England and South Africa at Twickenham, where he chose not to penalise Owen Farrell for a shoulder charge on Bok centre André Esterhuizen after the hooter.
Gardner and his assistants also failed to spot an offside and high tackle by England wing Jonny May in the buildup to the controversial incident.
In the list of appointments released in October, it was confirmed that Gardner will also be an assistant to Australian Nic Berry in Ireland’s clash with Argentina as well as the match between Wales and Tonga.
