All Blacks centre Sonny Bill Williams is doubtful for their first Rugby Championship Test against Argentina after suffering a hamstring injury.
Williams pulled up with a tight hamstring during training at the All Blacks camp in Auckland and is a concern for their first Test of the year on 20 July.
The 33-year-old has struggled throughout 2019 with a knee issue, which he had to undergo surgery for, having only played a handful of matches for the Blues this year.
Williams made an appearance for Auckland club rugby side Ponsonby last week in a bid to boost his fitness before he was named in the All Blacks squad for the Rugby Championship.
It was thought he would continue his comeback with the club, but a statement from the All Blacks confirmed he will not be playing this weekend.
