Daan Human has made seven changes to the Free State Cheetahs’ starting lineup for Saturday’s match against Western Province at Newlands.
After a disappointing display against the Blue Bulls, outside centre Dries Swanepoel, flyhalf Louis Fouché and No 8 Aidon Davis have been fast-tracked into the team and will make their debuts for Free State.
In the back division, Swanepoel takes over from Benhard Janse van Rensburg, while Fouché and scrumhalf Tian Meyer come in for Tian Schoeman and Rudy Paige respectively.
There are four swaps in the pack with openside flank Jasper Wiese, lock Dennis Visser and tighthead prop Günther Janse van Vuuren all earning starting berths alongside Davis.
Ernst Stapelberg will provide flyhalf cover from the bench.
