The inclusion of flyhalf Romain Ntamack and lock Bernard le Roux are two of five changes to France’s starting lineup for Friday’s Six Nations decider against Scotland in Paris.
France coach Fabien Galthie on Wednesday named the team that will take on Scotland as they go in search of a rare Six Nations title win.
Ntamack comes in at No 10 for Matthieu Jalibert, who suffered a head injury in France’s dramatic 32-30 win over Wales this past Saturday. In the only other enforced change, the suspended Paul Willemse is replaced by Swan Rebbadj in the second row. Rebbadj will be partnered by Le Roux, who takes over at No 4 from Romain Taofifenua.
In the back row, Anthony Jelonch is preferred to Dylan Cretin at flank, with the latter moving to the bench, while the selection of Arthur Vincent is the final new face in the starting lineup.
