Scrumhalf Morgan Parra has been ruled out of the Test against the Springboks after suffering a wrist injury while training with Clermont.
Parra was injured while preparing for Clermont’s clash against Castres in the Top 14 and has pulled out of the France squad for the November internationals.
The 69-cap scrumhalf will have his place taken by Toulouse’s Sebastien Bezy, who has earned just seven Test caps.
There were further blows as centre Rémi Lamerat was ruled out with concussion, while prop Uini Atonio was also forced to pull out. The duo will have their places taken by Jonathan Danty and Rabah Slimani respectively.
