A Lions player is one of four people affiliated to the union who have returned positive tests for the coronavirus.
According to a report in the Rapport newspaper, the player, a member of the management team and other two staff members have contracted the virus and are all in self-isolation.
The quartet did not come into contact with the rest of the team.

‘None of the people who tested positive for the coronavirus are acutely ill. They are either asymptomatic or have very mild symptoms,’ Lions team doctor Rob Collins told Rapport in a statement.
