Israel Folau will shift to the wing for the Wallabies in their Test against Wales in Cardiff on Saturday.
There are a number of changes from the side that went down to the All Blacks in Yokohama, with Samu Kerevi getting his first Test start since June in the centre, causing Folau to move out wide.
The backline is otherwise unchanged, as Dane Haylett-Petty will stay at fullback and Kurtley Beale, Bernard Foley and Will Genia retain their places in the XV.
Among the pack, the biggest surprise comes with the decision to start Tolu Latu over veteran hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau. Latu was yellow-carded against Argentina and New Zealand despite coming off the bench late in both matches.
There are also recalls for flank Jack Dempsey – who replaces Ned Hanigan – and Adam Coleman, who has been cleared to play and takes the place of Rob Simmons in the second row.
