The Currie Cup playoffs have been pushed back by a week to avoid potential clashes with the Test between the Boks and All Blacks on 8 October.

The Premier Division semi-finals were scheduled to take place on 7 and 8 October and the final a week later on the 15th. 

However, with the Springboks hosting the All Blacks at Kings Park in Durban on the 8th, the semi-finals were moved to 15 October and the Premier Division final, along with the finals of the U19 and U21 competitions, to the 22nd. 

The finals of the First Division and the U20 tournament remain unaffected and will be played on 7 October as planned.
