Tomás Cubelli will make his debut for the Jaguares in one of two changes to the starting lineup to face the Vodacom Bulls in Buenos Aires on Saturday.
The 29-year-old scrumhalf, who spent two years with the Brumbies before returning to Argentina in 2018, will finally make his first appearance after missing most of last year with a neck injury.
Cubelli comes in for Gonzalo Bertranou, who dislocated his right shoulder in the loss against the Lions.
There is one further rotational change in the forwards as flank Marcos Kremer replaces Rodrigo Bruni, who drops to the bench.
