Andries Coetzee returns to start at fullback when the Lions host the Reds at Ellis Park on Saturday.
After recently returning from a stint in Japan, Coetzee will slot back into his familiar position at 15, while in the only other change to the starting lineup Morne van den Berg replaces the injured Andre Warner (ankle).
Meanwhile, Dillon Smit and Shaun Reynolds make their way on to the bench.
