Sergeal Petersen will start on the right wing for the Cheetahs against the Stormers at Newlands on Saturday.
Petersen's return from a knee injury sees JW Jonker dropped to the bench. In the only other backline change, Niel Marais replaces Nico Lee at inside centre.
There are two rotational changes among the forwards, with loosehead prop Charles Marais and lock Armandt Koster coming in ahead of Ox Nche and Justin Basson respectively.
Former Bulls flyer Luther Obi will also have an opportunity to make his debut for the Cheetahs, after he was named on the bench in place of Ryno Benjamin.
