Stade Français beat Munster 27-7 in Paris on Saturday, while Racing and Clermont also won in the European Champions Cup.
Stade claimed a comfortable victory despite having to play the whole of the second half with 14 men after wing Josaia Raisuqe was sent off for eye-gouging Munster captain CJ Stander just before half-time.
The hosts scored three tries through centre Paul Williams, flanker Sekou Macalou and fullback Hugo Bonneval, with Bok flyhalf Morné Steyn adding 12 points with the boot.
Munster failed to capitalise on their one-man advantage with scrumhalf Conor Murray's converted try coming far too late in the 75th minute.
The Irish province are now all but out of the Champions Cup having suffered three consecutive pool defeats for the first time in the tournament's history.
In the other match on Saturday, Racing 92 recorded a 34-10 bonus-point win against the Glasgow Warriors at the Stade Yves-du-Manoir.
Lock Manuel Carizza scored Racing's fourth try late in the game to help take the French club seven points clear of the Northampton Saints at the top of Pool 3.
Former All Blacks flyhalf Dan Carter had another good outing for Racing, contributing 12 points via the boot.
On Friday night, Clermont beat Bordeaux-Bègles 28-10 at the Stade Chaban Delmas.
The visitors led 17-10 at the break, thanks to tries from fullback Nick Abendanon and flyhalf Camille Lopez, with hooker Clement Maynadier getting over for the hosts.
Bordeaux-Bègles suffered a big blow when replacement lock Julien Le Devedec was red-carded in the 51st minute for a headbutt and substitute prop Francisco Gomez Kodela saw yellow in the 56th.
They showed good fighting spirit when down to 14 and then 13 men, but were unable to prevent a third Clermont try from winger Noa Nakaitaci.
