Jacques Burger will make his first appearance for Namibia in three years against Canada in Colwyn Bay on Friday.
The Saracens flanker has not appeared for the Welwitchias since the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand, but will captain the side in one of 10 changes from the one that defeated Germany 58-20 last weekend.
Burger's inclusion has meant a reshuffle in the back row, with Tinus du Plessis moving from eighthman to the side of the scrum, while PJ van Lill will start in his familiar No 8 jersey. Western Province flank Rohan Kitshoff drops to the bench.
Among the backs, former Lions fullback Chrysander Botha starts in the No 15 jersey, while Theuns Kotzé and Eneill Buitendag will form a new halfback combination after featuring from the bench in the win over Germany.
