The Vodacom Bulls have announced that a mystery ‘108kg player’ is on his way to Loftus, widely believed to be a hint at the arrival of Springbok Arno Botha.
The Bulls have already brought prop Marcel van der Merwe back to Pretoria from France before announcing that signing of veteran back Gio Aplon.
It appears that they are not done there as the franchise’s social media team posted an image of a mystery player with the caption that ‘108kg of solid gold’ was heading to Loftus.

The Bulls have also been linked to moves for Cheetahs lock duo Sintu Manjezi and Walt Steenkamp as well as flanks Marcell Coetzee and Arno Botha.
It’s the latter who may well have put pen to paper, with Botha having played two Tests for the Boks back in 2013 when he was ironically plying his trade in Pretoria.
