The Scarlets have signed former EP Kings lock David Bulbring on a long-term contract that will keep him at the Welsh club until the end of the 2018-19 season.

Scarlets coach Wayne Pivac said Bulbring would add valuable experience in leading the lineout.

'We're delighted to be in a position to welcome David to the Scarlets and being able to utilise his experience for the remainder of the season. Injuries have hampered us in that area of the pack in recent months and having a player of David's experience and high work rate join us at this all-important period of the Pro12 has a huge significance.'
