Barbarians coach John Kirwan has made several changes to the team to face the Leicester Tigers at Welford Road on Tuesday.
Marnitz Boshoff will start at flyhalf after coming off the bench to great effect against the Wallabies at the weekend. He is one of seven South Africans in the team, with Western Province captain Juan de Jongh given another chance at outside centre following a lacklustre performance against Australia.
Up front, Jacques Botes will play his final match alongside an all-South African back row, while Sharks props Thomas du Toit and Lourens Adriaanse move into the front row.
Springbok flanker Heinrich Brüssow will be handed another opportunity to work his way back into Heyneke Meyer's thinking, having not played international rugby since 2011.
