The Springboks remain fifth on the World Rugby rankings following their 32-30 defeat to the All Blacks at Loftus.

A win by 15-plus points would have seen the Boks move up to third in the rankings, which looked possible when they led 30-13 after 58 minutes. But the All Blacks, who top the rankings, fought back with three tries to snatch victory.

The Boks lost 0.44 ratings points, but remain ahead of Scotland in the pecking order, while the All Blacks gained 0.44 points.

The Wallabies remain seventh after their come-from-behind 45-34 win over Argentina, who are ninth.
