Harlequins have reportedly agreed to terms to sign Sharks and Bok centre Andre Esterhuizen on a multi-million-rand deal.
According to The Rugby Paper, Esterhuizen will stand to earn around £340,000 (R6.4 million) per year, with Harlequins apparently winning the race for his signature ahead of other overseas clubs.
Esterhuizen has been plying his trade with the Sharks since 2013, but has regularly split his time playing for the Munakata Sanix Blues in Japan.
The big midfielder has earned eight Test caps with the Boks, but failed to crack the nod for the World Cup squad last year, and it now appears that he is set to head overseas as a marquee player after this season.
