Springboks Malcolm Marx and Julian Redelinghuys will both start for the Golden Lions in this Saturday's clash with the EP Kings in Port Elizabeth.
Marx has been made available for domestic duty this week, while Redelinghuys will look to get some game time after recovering from a hamstring injury.
As part of the Lions' rotational system, Bobby de Wee, Ruan Ackermann and Ruaan Lerm will all start up front, while Dillon Smit, Howard Mnisi, Koch Marx and Sylvian Mahusa come into the backline.
