The Blitzboks sealed their passage through to the semi-finals of the Sydney Sevens after a 36-0 win over Samoa in their final pool match on Sunday.
The win saw the Blitzboks top their pool and go through to the playoffs. Neil Powell’s side will meet USA at 7:20am (South African time).

A brace from Angelo Davids, who took his tally for the weekend up to eight after scoring two successive hat-tricks, to go with a double from JC Pretorius saw the Blitzboks race into the lead.
Further tries from Selvyn Davids and Muller du Plessis rounded off the scoring as the South Africans eased to victory in their first match of the day.
