The All Blacks scored four tries in their 28-23 victory against a France XV in front of a 60,000 crowd in Lyon on Tuesday.
New Zealand’s midweek team trailed 15-14 at the break but a strong start to the second half helped secure the win.
All Blacks winger Jack Goodhue was yellow-carded in the 69th minute, with Henry Chavancy scoring the hosts’ third try four minutes later. However, the visitors were able to hang on for the win.
France’s Test team lost 38-18 to the All Blacks in Paris three days ago, and will take on the Springboks this Saturday.
