France captain Mathieu Bastareaud has been left out of the match 23 for the third Test against the All Blacks in Dunedin on Saturday.
Bastareaud’s place in the midfield is taken by Wesley Fofana, who has recovered from a thigh injury that kept him out of the first two Tests.
Fofana’s centre partner at Clermont, Remi Lamerat, also comes into the team in place of Geoffrey Doumayrou, who was ruled out with a twisted ankle.
Scrumhalf Morgan Parra will take over the captaincy after starting both Tests against the All Blacks, while fullback Ben Fall is retained after the red card he received in the second Test was rescinded.
