The Barbarians scored five tries to beat Samoa 27-24 at London's Olympic Stadium.
The Samoans had to play for an hour with 14 men after lock Kane Thompson was red-carded for punching Saia Fainga’a, who was obstructing him.
With the score 17-17 at the break, the Baa-Baas made the most of their one-man advantage in the second half.
Adam Thomson and Ben Tapuai both scored their second tries, with former Bok flank Jacques Potgieter having a hand in the latter's.
The Baa-Baas defence then kept Samoa out in the dying stages to secure the win.
