Dane Haylett-Petty and Pek Cowan have each been fined A$5,000 (R55,200) for breaching the Australian Rugby Union's player code of conduct.
The Force pair were relieved of their leadership responsibilities by the Perth-based team for the remainder of the season, but following its own investigation into the matter the ARU further sanctioned the players.
Cowan, who was appointed interim captain, was served a breach notice for gaining unauthorised access to a team vehicle after their 01:00 curfew.
Haylett-Petty, the vice-captain, was identified as the player who urinated in the hotel corridor and was handed a breach notice for public indecency. The 27-year-old escaped further sanction for his physical exchange with his brother Ross that led to a hotel vase being broken. Haylett-Petty has since paid for the vase to be replaced.
