Gareth Anscombe will start at flyhalf when Wales take on England in Cardiff this Saturday.
Anscombe takes over from Dan Biggar at No 10, and will start alongside Cardiff Blues teammate Tomos Williams.
Coach Warren Gatland has largely returned to the team that claimed victory over France in the opening round of the Six Nations, although Cory Hill now comes into the second row.
