Three of the Hurricanes’ All Blacks will miss the clash against the Stormers on Saturday due to New Zealand Rugby’s resting policy.
Jordie Barrett, who is usually on the wing or at fullback, will start at No 12. Ngani Laumape, who has been one of the Hurricanes’ key players in the early rounds, will watch the game from the stands.
All Blacks Dane Coles and TJ Perenara will also be rested due to New Zealand Rugby’s policy. Hooker Ricky Riccitelli and scrumhalf Richard Judd will front the Stormers as a result.
Other changes see Ben Lam starting on the left wing, Ardie Savea shifting from No 8 to openside flank and Vaea Fifita moving from lock to blindside.
Flyhalf Beauden Barrett will captain the side.
