Former Springbok Corra Dirksen has passed away on Friday from a Covid-19-related illness at the age of 82.
Dirksen, a doctor by profession still practising in Krugersdorp, tested positive for coronavirus about two weeks ago.
He played 10 Tests for South Africa between 1963 and 1968, scoring three tries. Provincially, Dirksen played for Northern Transvaal (now the Vodacom Blue Bulls).
