Western Province's Currie Cup squad includes seven players who are still eligible for the U21 team.
Sti Sithole, Jean Kleyn, Jurie van Vuuren, Sikhumbuzo Notshe and Robert du Preez are all uncapped at Currie Cup level, while Cheslin Kolbe already has Currie Cup and Super Rugby experience.
Injured players Steven Kitshoff and Ryno Eksteen will take no part in the Currie Cup.
Kenya wing William Ambaka Ndayara has been named in the group along with Dillyn Leyds who is set to return to Cape Town from the Force.
Western Province will get their Currie Cup campaign underway against the Eastern Province Kings in Port Elizabeth next Friday.
The WP captain will be announced on Monday.
