The Jaguares have made sweeping changes for Saturday's match against the Kings in Buenos Aires.
The only survivors from the team that lost to the Sunwolves in Tokyo are hooker Agustín Creevy, lock Matías Alemanno and Juan Martín Hernández, who moves from flyhalf to inside centre.
Martín Landajo and Nicolás Sánchez make up the halfbacks while Santiago Cordero returns on the right wing.
Emiliano Boffelli replaces the injured Joaquín Tuculet at fullback.
