Springbok flank Pieter-Steph du Toit has reportedly turned down a potential move to England with Harlequins to see out his Stormers contract.
Harlequins, who have already signed Springboks Wilco Louw and Andre Esterhuizen for next season, were interested in signing Du Toit as a replacement for departing stalwart Chris Robshaw.
According to the Rugby Paper, the interest was such that Harlequins coach Paul Gustard paid Du Toit a personal visit to convince him to sign for the club.

However, the 27-year-old 2019 World Rugby Player of the Year has decided to fulfil his contract with the Stormers after signing a two-year extension at the end of last year.
Du Toit would like to stay in South Africa to play in the British & Irish Lions Tour in 2021, after which he and a number of Springboks would see their contracts expire.
