Exeter beat Worcester 50-12 on Saturday, while there were also Premiership wins for Saracens, Harlequins, Sale, Leicester and Wasps.
Hat-tricks from No 8 Thomas Waldrom and winger Olly Woodburn helped the Chiefs, who led 17-12 at the break, to secure an empathic victory.
Waldrom opened the scoring in the 18th minute before two quick tries from replacement fullback James Short and Woodburn gave the hosts a 17-0 lead. Winger Cooper Vuna and centre Andy Symons scored two late first-half tries to reduce the deficit as Worcester trailed by just five points at half-time.
Exeter lock Ollie Atkins scored in the first minute after the break, before Waldrom and Woodburn each completed a hat-trick as the home side ran in five unanswered second-half tries.
In Saturday’s other matches, Harlequins scored six tries as they beat the Newcastle Falcons 46-25 at the Twickenham Stoop, the Sale Sharks secured a 30-15 win over London Irish, and the Leicester Tigers came back from a 14-point half-time deficit to beat Gloucester 35-30 at Welford Road.
On Sunday, Wasps scored two second-half tries to beat the Northampton Saints 28-6 after leading 10-3 at the break.
On Friday, Saracens disposed of Bath 30-10 at Recreation Ground, after leading 18-3 at the interval, to consolidate their position at the top of the table.
