Eddie Jones has made 11 changes to England’s starting lineup for Saturday’s clash against Japan at Twickenham.
George Ford will start at flyhalf and captain England in his 50th match, while Jack Nowell and Alex Lozowski will form a new centre pairing. Chris Ashton will move from the right to left wing.
Bath wing Joe Cokanasiga will make his England debut, while Danny Care will start at scrumhalf for the first time in the November internationals.
There are three changes to the front row, with props Alec Hepburn and Harry Williams starting alongside hooker Jamie George. Charlie Ewels will start in the second row in place of the injured George Kruis.
In other changes to the forward pack, Courtney Lawes will play at blindside flank, with Mark Wilson switching from No 8 to openside flanker, while Zach Mercer is set to make his first start for England.
