England No 8 Billy Vunipola has been ruled out of the Six Nations after breaking his arm while playing for Saracens.
Vunipola suffered the injury in Saracens’ European Champions Cup clash last weekend, and the club has confirmed that he will be out of action for ‘approximately 12 weeks’.
It means Vunipola will miss the entire Six Nations campaign, with England set to kick off their title defence against Italy on 4 February.
Meanwhile, Wales have also suffered an injury blow after it was confirmed that flyhalf Rhys Priestland was set to miss the majority of the Six Nations because of a hamstring injury,
