Venter back for Cheetahs

The Free State Cheetahs have been boosted by the return of captain Francois Venter for this Friday's clash with the Pumas.

Venter returns from an injury layoff to take over from William Small-Smith in the midfield, with Nico Lee moving from 13 to 12.

In other changes to the backline, Rayno Benjamin moves to left wing in place of the injured Raymond Rhule, while Sergeal Petersen slots back in on the right wing.

Among the forwards, a new front row sees Johan Coetzee, Jacques du Toit and Charles Marais set for duty.
