Boks relegated to fourth

The Springboks have sunk to fourth in the World Rugby rankings following their 23-17 loss to Australia in Brisbane.

The Boks' second successive defeat on the road cost them 0.78 of a rating point (from 85.08 to 84.30), while the Wallabies' first win in their last seven Tests bagged them a 0.79 point increase (from 84.23 to 85.02).
