Sonny Bill Williams will arrive at Counties Manukau next Monday with his first match coming against Auckland next weekend.

The Sydney Roosters' NRL semi-final defeat last Friday has allowed Williams to get a couple of games under his belt in the NPC before going on tour with the All Blacks. 

He will also face Tasman on 12 October.

Williams earned 19 Test caps for the All Blacks between 2010 and 2012, before returning to league.

He won the NRL title with the Roosters last season and helped New Zealand reach the final of last year's Rugby League World Cup.
