Blue Bulls fullback Jesse Kriel has been ruled out for two weeks with an ankle injury.
Kriel sustained the injury in last week's game against Western Province. The Bulls are already without first-choice No 15, Jürgen Visser, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a foot ailment.
Prop Hencus van Wyk will join Kriel on the sidelines for the next fortnight. The Bulls could also be without flank Jacques du Plessis and lock Grant Hattingh this weekend, as the pair were injured in last Saturday's game.
The good news for the Bulls is that flyhalves Tony Jantjies and Jacques-Louis Potgieter have recovered from their respective injuries, and will be available for the next game against the Golden Lions.
