George North will start at outside centre in one of six changes to the Wales team to face Australia on Saturday.
It will be the third time in his Test career that North lines up in the No 13 jersey, with the regular winger taking over from Tyler Morgan in the midfield, while Liam Williams comes onto the left wing. Gareth Anscombe will make his World Cup debut at fullback.
Among the forwards, Justin Tipuric comes into the loose trio, while Luke Charteris will partner Alun Wyn Jones in the second row, with props Samson Lee and Paul James packing down with Scott Baldwin up front.
