A full-strength Western Province team will take on English club Saracens in London on 9 November.
WP hope to become the first South African side to beat Sarries on their home turf and will therefore not be fielding a second-string outfit.
The Sharks did that against Saracens in January this year and lost 23-15.
'It’s a fantastic opportunity for our players and we will certainly be fielding our strongest available team,' Rob Wagner, WP's chief executive told the Saracens website. 'Everybody in South African rugby has been following Saracens’ success in the last few seasons, and everybody saw the Sharks get beaten at Allianz Park earlier this year. It will be a great occasion, and we can’t wait.'
