Talented loose forward Tim Agaba is the latest player to confirm he will be leaving the Kings.
With the embattled union facing ongoing issues over wage payments, Tim Whitehead and Lizo Gqoboka have already parted ways with the Kings, while on Friday it was confirmed that Agaba has now also given notice of his intent to leave.
It's been reported that the Vodacom Bulls are interested in securing the services of Agaba, who has also been linked to the Stormers.
In the statement released by the Kings on Friday, a letter from EP president Cheeky Watson was said to have been received and disseminated to all staff and players, which explains the current financial situation and asks them to bear with the Kings just a little longer.
'We are still experiencing cash-flow issues and will not be in a position to release any funds today,' EPRU executive member Vernon Stuurman said. 'We are continuing to engage with our various stakeholders to find a solution.'
