Saru's general council meeting has been postponed by a week, with any announcement on the future of Heyneke Meyer only set to be made in mid-December.
The future positions of the Springbok coaching and management team were set to be reviewed in early December, but that has now been pushed back slightly, with the general council meeting to take place on 11 December. It will be proceeded by a meeting of the executive council on 9 December.
The executive council has the power to appoint management and coaching staff, with the exception of the position of the Springbok coach, which is ultimately decided by the general council of Saru.
Announcements around that decision are now only likely to be made during the week of 14-18 December.
